The Junior Go-Ride training is run by our club to help junior riders develop their skills and confidence on a bike.
Go-Ride is British Cycling training programme for young people. The training is for all junior riders aged up to 18. Go ride offers the first step onto the British Cycling performance pathway – over 60% of riders in the GB Cycling Team started in Go-Ride clubs.
Rhos on Sea provides training every Wednesday evening from 6pm – 7.30pm, at Marsh Tracks, Rhyl, see map. Hope to see lots of juniors there, and seniors too are welcome to help out.
It is a bit chilly over winter, so come dressed with some warm clothes. If the weather is dreadful, there may be an option to go indoors. Check out our Rhos Facebook page and Junior Rhos Squad page for updates.
Parents must complete the GoRide consent form, please download here: new-go-ride-consent-form-english.
